I allowed some app on my computer a few days ago.
It was titled from Google Chrome and Google so I allowed it.
When I wanted to access Google it took me to this Chinese site and now when I try to access Google I get this:
 
403 Forbidden

How do i get rid of this I have tried everything from restoring my computer to its manufactory condition and it is still on here I cannot access Google what so ever Please help!! I can't even report it to Google because I cannot access Google site...
