my laptop is hp probook 4530s core i3.
4gb ram
300gb hard
since i have updated my pc to windows 8.1, i am facing this issue.
my computer hangs now and then.
take a lot of time to start.
when i opened task manager i saw disk utilization is contantly 100%.
even vlc hangs while playing videos.
i have tried some of the things to resolve this issue but nothing helped
1.
i have run ccleaner and deleted my data
2.i have run laptop in cleanboot mode
3; deleted my antivirus
4; disabled BITS in local services.
5; updated all my drivers
what should i do ????? i has been very irritating.
kindly help me out.
