Custom built computer has 2 drives. The first is almost full. What do I do to engage the second drive to pick up when the first is full??

My custom built computer has 2 drives.
The first is almost full.
What do I do to engage the second drive to pick up when the first is full???  is this possible?? How can I utilize the second drive.
I have an extensive Music library in ITunes.
My OS is
Windows 7.

No its not possible, 'engage when first is full'
You would need to move, say the Libraries to the other drive.
 
BTW You do have data backups dont you?
