I'm using this Formula Above in Balance Entered $1000.00 in Cell L3.

In Payment Debit I Entered in Cells
J4 $50.00= L4 $950.00, J5 $60.00=L5 $890.00, J6 $70.00= L6 $820.00.

In Deposit Credit I Entered in Cells
K7 $20.00= L7 $840.00, K8 $10.00= L8 $850.00, K9 $5.00= L9 $855.00.

If I Deleted Cell J6 $70.00 All the Balance Cells Below Cell L6
Display #Value! Not there $ Dollar Value

How can I Change the Formula above if I Deleted a Cell in Payment Debit Colum J
or a Cell in Payment Debit Colum K or Both Cell J6 & K6
so Cells in Balance Colum L Below Cell J6 & K6 the Balance $ Dollar Value will Display.

For any Cells Down the Colum.

Change your formula at cell L4 as

=L3-(MAX(J4,0))+(MAX(K4,0)) and then drag it down.

It will substract column J positive balance and will add column K positive balance.

But if you want to take in to account all type of balances then put only this simple formula
=L3-J4+K4
