I have two columns.  One containing number of days to award a specific contract and one containing dollar value of the contract.  I can easily AVERAGEIF the dollar value is <150000.00 but I am having trouble averaging if the dollar value is within a range. 
For example, I want to know the AVERAGE number of days to award a contract that is >=150,000.00 and < 5,000,000.00.  I have been trying to nest the AVERAGEIF and AND function with no luck.
