Always opening Excel 2010 in a new instance

I would like to know how to change the settings so that every time i open an Excel 2010 file, that it opens in a new Excel 2010 instance. 

Currently every time i open an Excel file, it opens in the same instance.
I know how to manually open an Excel file in a new instance, but i would like to change it so that it opens a new Excel instance every time.
