BeGraphic Add-In for Excel - UI Error
Running Windows 7 Professional, and Microsoft Office 2007 Professional
Attempting to use BeGraphic Add-In
Tried to download the 64 bits (Office 64 bits + Windows 64 bits): Version failed to install
Downloaded the 32 bits (Office 32bits + Windows 32 or 64bits): Version installed successfully, however we can't get it to function.
The COM Add-In shows up as Active in our Add-Ins list.
Location: mscoree.dll
Load Behavior: Load at Startup
We couldn't get a "tab" to appear in the Ribbon. I clicked on the option in Excel Options to show Add-In errors, and we now get this error in both Excel and Powerpoint when we first open the applications:

The attribute 'size' on the element 'http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/2006/01/customuitoggleButton' is not defined in the DTD/Schema.
We thought it might be related to some security setting on the work computers, but my colleague attempted to load it on his home computer with the same results.
We then took out an older computer with Excel 2000 and Windows XP, and attempted to load the same 32 bit version of BeGraphic. The installation appeared to work, but the COM Add-In does not show up as an option to Activate in Excel. We added COM Add-Ins
to our Tools Drop down menu in the Excel 2000 version.
We would very much like to use this product, but can't seem to get past these bugs. We have attempted contact with BeGraphic and more recently at what appears to be the parent company Visual Decision, but have not received a response yet.
We have seen tutorials, and read some good reviews on the product. Has anyone encountered these errors? Are they related to the Add-In or is there something we are inherently doing wrong to launch the product?
