BSOD - Formatted, Reinstalled, Still BCC Code F4 - Please help (dump file attached)

I have researched this error and after formatting and reinstalling I figure that would have to take care of it....but no

 The best I could find was that it was most likely the antivirus (eset) causing the computer to BSOD. 

I uninstalled ESET and thought that would solve the problem...but 45 minutes later another BSOD.

If anyone can analyze the dump file and solve this mystery for me...I will be forever in your debt.
