BSOD Driver_power_state_failure (Blue screen) on sleep or hibernate Windows 7

Hi,
A month ago my Dell Latitude E6320 started to crash almost everytime it goes sleep or hibernation.
It shows this screen after several minutes
 
 
I've updated some drivers (video, audio, etc) but the problem goes on.

 
I have downloaded the free software from
www.nirsoft.net and the .dmp files state this:

Please provide the model details for the Samsung Android you are connecting to the computer.
 
Please remove Norton and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials.

Restart the computer, download, install, update definitions and run a complete scan with Microsoft Security Essentials:

Download and install Malwarebytes (freeware version for home users only -not the Trial version), update definitions and run in normal mode.
Disable other security software whilst you are doing scans.

When you have completed these tasks I would like to see what loads when you boot.
To identify what loads when you boot use Autoruns (freeware from Microsoft).

Select File, Save, change the “Save as type” to Text file type using the Scroll to the right and click Save.
Please upload the file to your Sky Drive as a shared file and post as a link here.

In this method we will try to Boot in Safe mode with Networking and see if the error still persists.

• Search "MSCONFIG" and Open.
• Click on Boot Tab
• Tick Safe Boot in Boot Option
• Select Network.
• Click Apply and OK.
• Reboot your System.
