Black screen before USB Disconnect Sound.

Hi, I got my computer a week or so ago.
For some reason the screen goes black 3-5 times a day and turns on about 5 secs later.
When it turns on it makes a sound saying a USB Device was disconnected but I look around and nothing was disconnected. 

There is no error message.I use Windows 7 Home PremiumMy browser is Google ChromeI have installed Kaspersky and Steam recently but my old computer has these and is fineI have tried to fiddle around with some Intel Core HD Graphics options and check my power settings.

I found a fix today.
I ran CMD today and wrote a command to reset default power setting schemes or something similar.

Run CHKDSK

• Go to the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "cmd" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• At the command prompt, type "chkdsk /r /f" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Restart your computer.
