after trying to install  a printer, Epsom SX130, on Windows 7, WORD stopped working -have tried uninstalling &  restore but still cannot use WORD.
Having just paid £65.00 to re-instate Office I am very unhappy.
This is the only document we have needed to print, any other could be e-mailed but, now I can't even open Word documents   to use as attachments on an e-mail.
I am totally in despair,
did we buy a 'pup' I wonder.
Being over 60 when I started this, maybe I was just too old, or is Windows 7 just making my/our life awkward to make us update: please keep in mind I am very, very, silly with computers.
We did it with a disc by the
way if that makes any difference & downloaded an update.
If the answer is 'not combatable'  that is fine, I can do documents on old computer, BUT need Word for emails: I.e.
repeat prescriptions etc.
which are vital to our doctors new system.

2.       Do you receive any error message when you launch Microsoft Office Word?
