All APPS does not work When I right click on start screen I get the All APPS icon, but when I click on the Icon I get a "blue" screen and Windows Stalls.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

After installing Windows 7 SP1 my computer will no longer go to sleep

Original title: Windows 7 SP1 killed my sleep mode?
After I installed the SP1 for W7 when ever I put my computer into sleep mode it no longer puts my computer to sleep it either crashes or shuts the computer down completely (don't know which).
I restored my computer back to before I installed the SP and sleep
works fine so it has to be something the SP did.
Anyone have any ideas?

Hello...I keep getting alerts of high CPU useage of 98%, what is this, how does it affect performance and what should I be doing.I upgraded from Windows Vista to Windows 7.
Also my wireless provider let me know that I am using a large amount of gigabytes,

Ever since 8.1 Update 1, I've been unable to drag my apps to close them after the title bar has auto-hidden.
I'm also unable to go to the top left corner of my screen and see all currently running apps.
Is this a "feature" or is something wrong?
